When I started my journey with Debenhams over ten years ago I had no idea what the meaning of Visual Merchandising even was. ​Just over 2 years in I found myself taking on a new and exciting role as a Visual Assistant, this was to become one of the best career moves I had ever made.​Fast forward to now where I am a Space Planning Assistant Manager for one of the countries leading retailers, also having over 6 years of experience in leading a Flagship Visual Team creating and implementing amazing in-store & window Displays.
